As a leading food and beverage company, we recognize that our existence is intrinsically linked to our social responsibility towards the community. Therefore, our focus extends beyond mere business growth, as we are committed to making a positive impact on both the environment and our communities, paving the way to a sustainable future.

We acknowledge that the world is facing an energy crisis due to the limited supply of natural resources and the ever-increasing demand. Therefore, we believe it is our responsibility to contribute to the sustainable management of energy, water, and waste.
As part of our energy-saving initiatives, we have independently installed solar panels at our factory sites to serve as an energy source for production. Additionally, we have implemented wind-powered ventilators to enhance energy efficiency. Our facilities leverage natural lighting through transparent roofs, windows, and doors, complemented by energy-efficient LED lighting in areas not reached by natural light. Furthermore, our conveyor systems are automated, designed to cease operations when production is inactive, and equipped with automated water flow timers for optimal resource management.
We apply the 3R initiative (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) in water management and continuously strive to minimize excessive groundwater consumption and have built infiltration wells to ensure a stable water supply. Wastewater treatment plants (WWTP) are available at all production sites to ensure water is properly treated before being discharged into natural water bodies.
We are currently utilizing recycled wastewater processed through our WWTP for utility purposes. In collaboration with third-party partners, we manage sludge waste from production residuals by repurposing it for fish feed, livestock feed, black soldier fly larvae cultivation, and fertilizer. Additionally, we are committed to reducing plastic waste generated from our production processes on an annual basis.
Cimory was founded with a social mission to support dairy farmers in Cisarua, Bogor, by providing a market for their fresh milk. This commitment inspired Cimory to develop dairy-based products such as yogurt, creating added value while ensuring sustainable support for local farmers through the continuous purchase of fresh milk.
Committed to delivering nutritious and fresh dairy products to consumers across Indonesia, we collaborate with over 15,000 small-scale dairy farmers to supply more than 20 million liters of fresh milk every year. Aiming to support these farmers in enhancing productivity and milk quality, we provide training, outreach programs, and access to knowledge, financing, and sustainable farm management practices. This approach aims to foster an ecosystem that promotes the sustainability of local dairy farming operations.
As part of our commitment to developing the local economy potential, we prioritize partnerships with local suppliers, with over 90% of our suppliers are domestic suppliers. Through these initiatives, we strive to deliver high-quality, delicious, healthy, and nutritious dairy and consumer food products while strengthening our role in supporting community well-being.
Launched in 2013, Miss Cimory was born from a vision to empower women from low-to middle-income groups, aiming to enhance their economic well-being. Over the past years, Miss Cimory has grown into one of the company’s flagship programs and a platform for inclusive empowerment for women.
Starting with only three agents, now there are over 7,000 Miss Cimory agents across Indonesia, delivering Cimory products directly to families nationwide. Today, more than 300 Miss Cimory Centers are spread across Java, Bali, and Sumatra, serving over 700,000 households weekly. These centers play a vital role in supporting and mentoring the agents, providing a space where they can share both joyful experiences and the challenges they encounter in their roles as Miss Cimory agents. For many agents, Miss Cimory Centers have become a second home, fostering a sense of community and mutual support.
Miss Cimory is not just an innovative business initiative but also a strategic effort to drive financial inclusion among women. This initiative aligns with the Indonesian government’s goals to promote inclusive economic growth and strengthen national economic resilience.
