Bambang is the Founder and Chairman of Cimory Group. He is a visionary entrepreneur who quickly recognizes the opportunity at hand. Born into a modest family, he built Cimory Group from scratch, with no capital support. He grew the company from only having one employee to where it is today.

He is known for his perseverance, persistence and passion in creating impact to the community, which has been the foundation of the Group.

Throughout his career, he has founded and lead several companies under Cimory Group, such as Food and Beverage Manufacturing, Food Ingredients, Hospitality and Family leisure parks.

Bambang holds a Diplom-Ingeniur degree in Food Technology from the Technical University of Berlin in 1984. He is also the recipient of EY Entrepreneur of The Year 2019 Award, under the Food Manufacturing Entrepreneur category.

Wenzel currently oversees the running and the developments of Cimory leisure parks, dairy shops and restaurants. He has been spearheading the Cimory Hospitality division since 2017.

Prior to joining Cimory, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Avantgarde Capital.

Alexander Rusli is an Independent Commissioner of the Cimory Group. Currently he also serves on the board of commissioners at PT Medikaloka Hermina, tbk (2018 - present), PT Unilever Indonesia, tbk (2018 - present), at Digital Synergy Solutions (2019 - present), at PT Linknet, Tbk (2020 - present). ) and also became an Expert Staff of the Minister of Finance for the Reform of the Core System of Tax Administration at the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia (2019 – present).

He also has experience as a Partner and also in the Board of Directors. He has served as Chief Executive Officer, Indosat Ooredoo (Nov 2012 – Nov 2017), Director at Digiasia Bios PTE LTD (Singapore incorporated) (Jan 2018-current), and Chairman at PT Geodipa Energi (2008-2012), Partner at Northstar Pacific (Oct 2009 – Oct 2012). He has also served as Expert Staff of the Ministry; at the Ministry of SOEs (May 2007 - Oct 2009) and the Ministry of Communication and Information, Republic of Indonesia (Aug 2001 - May 2007).

He holds a Bachelor of Business, Information System in 1992 and a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons), Information System in 1993, both obtained at Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia. He earned his Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D), Information Systems in 2000 at Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia.

Farell currently oversees the Strategy and Commercial functions of Cimory Group.

He is passionate about social causes, and believes that a company holds an important role in improving people's livelihood.

Prior to Cimory, he worked as a Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group from 2011 to 2012. He holds a Master in Business Administration from Oxford University, UK.

Axel oversees the strategy and commercial functions of PT. Macroprima Panganutama, Cimory group's consumer food division.

Axel is very passionate in food , R&D and Marketing.

He holds a BSc from Curtin University, Australia majoring in Food Science & Technology.

Bharat joined Cimory Group as the Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Director. He oversees corporate finance, investments and is involved in group wide strategy. He is passionate about integrating ESG into the company’s business management and processes.

Prior to joining Cimory, he spent close to 15 years with Aberdeen Standard Investments, with his recent role being the Investment Director and Chief Investment officer overseeing the group’s investable assets in Indonesia.

He begun his career with Credit Suisse as an analyst. He graduated with a BSc in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics (MORSE) from University of Warwick, UK. 

He is an alumnus of INSEAD (Senior Leadership Program) and holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charter holder and a CFA Certificate in ESG. 

Currently Martua provides financial leadership and helps to align business and finance strategies in order to grow Cimory.

His passion is to ensure the finance operations are efficient and effective. He implements strong internal controls of the company by developing all the necessary policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Cimory, he worked almost 12 years in Unilever Indonesia as well as several years combined in Kraft Heinz ABC and Lazada Indonesia.

Arjoso joined Cimory Group since 2010. He has more than 25 years of experience in sales and marketing in FMCG companies.

Arjoso has served in several leading companies such as Multipolar Tbk (Lippo Group), Diaharta Adil Makmur (ABC Group), Arta Boga Cemerlang (Orang Tua Group) with multi-disciplinary roles and functions focusing on sales and marketing, business strategy and distribution logistics.

He completed his bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and earned a Master of Science degree from Delft University of Technology in Delft, The Netherlands.

Hendri loves sharing the many benefits of life with the greater community.

Since 2013, he has worked closely with Farell in building The Miss Cimory channel from its inception. He has over 20 years of work experience and believes that improving a nation begins with improving their standard of living and livelihoods.

Previously, he worked at Yakult Indonesia from 2001 to 2013.

Hendro joined Cimory Group in 2023 as Director of Business Transformation. He leads the improvement of the quality of commercial processes, operations and capabilities of the sales department so that it is able to compete and become a competitive advantage for the company in its mission to increase sales and distribution of Cimory products throughout Indonesia.

Hendro has 17 years of experience working in multinational FMCG companies such as Procter & Gamble and Loreal Indonesia, he has held important leadership roles in marketing, sales and retail operations organizations. Apart from that, he was also actively involved in developing the financial technology ecosystem when he worked at Telkomsel Indonesia.

She is Commercial Director for Processed Food. Erica leads the key functions in relation to Brand and Commercial Awareness.

Erica joined the company in 2020. Prior to joining Cimory Group, she held leadership roles in marketing, business development and innovation, both in multinational and local consumer goods companies such as 3M, Nestle, OSRAM and KARA spanning across 11 years.

Mr. Pamungkas Bayu, Indonesian citizen, 38 years old as of 31 December 2023.

He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science and Technology from Soegijapranate Catholic University, Semarang in 2007 and a Master’s Degree in Strategic Management from Prasetiya Mulya University, Jakarta in 2021.

Joined PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (“Company”) since 2017 as Plant Manager and currently serves as Director Manufacturing Dairy

Started his professional career in FrieslandCampina Indonesia from 2010 – 2017. During his period, he responsible in Production and Quality as Quality Head. And in 2016 – 2017, he was assigned to manage production facilities in Dutch Lady Milk Industries Malaysia (FrieslandCampina Malaysia)

Joining in 2009, Ivan has worked in several Business Units within the Cimory Group. In 2017, he was assigned to PT Java Egg Specialties, the first Pasteurized Liquid Egg company in Indonesia. This company then developed its product line by producing mayonnaise and other condiments.

Currently Ivan serves as Director of the Pasteurized Liquid Egg and Condiments business. He is responsible for all operational and marketing activities of PT Java Egg Specialties.

Ivan Hartono graduated from a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and received a Master of Science in Engineering Management from California State Polytechnic University of Pomona or Cal Poly Pomona, United States.
