Organized by the Indonesian Institute for Corporate Directorship (IICD), this annual event serves as a form of appreciation for publicly listed companies in Indonesia that demonstrate their commitment to implementing the principles of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Through an assessment process of corporate governance practices, IICD recognizes listed companies deemed to have demonstrated the implementation of good corporate governance, while also encouraging improvements in governance standards within Indonesia’s capital market.

IICD is a non-profit organization established in 2000 by ten leading business education institutions in Indonesia, together with several prominent professionals.
