Bogor and Pasuruan, September 11th and 16th 2026 – PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (“Cimory” or the “Company”) continues to strengthen its commitment to building sustainable partnerships with local dairy farmers through Gathering and Recognition for Dairy Farmers Growth (GROW) activity. The initiative serves as a platform for Cimory to recognize the contributions of its farmer partners while fostering open dialogue with local dairy farmers, who play an important role in supporting the sustainability of the Company’s milk supply chain.

The first GROW session was held at Dairyland Riverside, Bogor, West Java, on 11 September and was attended by local farmer partners from West Java and Central Java. The second session took place on 16 September at Dairyland Farm Theme Park, Pasuruan, East Java, bringing together farmer partners from across East Java.

GROW was designed as a two-way dialogue platform to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges faced by dairy farmers, particularly in maintaining productivity and milk quality. Insights and feedback gathered from the farmers serve as valuable input for Cimory in evaluating and developing relevant forms of support tailored to their needs.

During the event, Cimory also presented its various farmer assistance programs and initiatives, which are designed to strengthen farmers’ capabilities and support the productivity, resilience, and long-term sustainability of dairy farming businesses in Indonesia.

Beyond serving as a dialogue forum, GROW also provides an opportunity for Cimory to recognize the contributions and achievements of dairy farmers who have demonstrated strong performance and commitment in supporting the Company’s milk supply chain. Recognition was presented across several award categories, including the Volume, Consistency, and Growth Awards.

This event provided a valuable opportunity to share experiences, knowledge, and aspirations in developing the dairy farming sector. The recognition we received also motivates us to continuously improve the quality and quantity of the milk we supply,” said Mr. Yudi Rahmatusa, a dairy farmer from West Java (11/9/2026).

“The GROW Forum provides a valuable platform to strengthen synergy and communication between Cimory and our farmer partners. Going forward, the use of technology can also be further developed to facilitate access to information, administration, monitoring, and communication between farmers and Cimory. We hope this collaboration will continue to create value for all parties,” said Mrs. Maria Christa, a female dairy farmer from Central Java (11/9/2026).

Similar views were also shared by Cimory’s farmer partners during the GROW event in East Java. “Alhamdulillah, the GROW program has been a valuable opportunity to strengthen the partnership between our suppliers and Cimory. We hope this program will continue as an annual initiative and continue to grow, including by providing opportunities for us to learn together through study visits to dairy farms and milk processing facilities that have adopted best practices,” said Mr. Mirza Azmi, a dairy farmer from East Java (16/9/2026).

“We hope that activities like this can continue to be held, further strengthening the relationship between Cimory and dairy farmer partners. This forum also provides a platform for us to directly share our aspirations, feedback, and needs with Cimory,” said Mrs. Dewi Itasari, a female dairy farmer from East Java (16/9/2026).

GROW were attended by 14 cooperatives located in West Java and Central Java and 12 cooperatives located in East Java. Through this activity, Cimory aims to foster stronger partnerships, enhance communication, better understand farmers’ needs, and provide relevant support to promote sustainable, shared growth with local dairy farmers across Indonesia.
