BOGOR, March 31st 2026 — PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (Cimory) has further strengthened our commitment to green energy utilization through the completion of the second phase of Solar Photovoltaic (Solar PV) installation at the Dairy Production Facility in Sentul, Bogor. The system was completed and commenced initial operations on 30 January 2026, following the first phase commissioning on 7 October 2025. This implementation forms part of the Company’s ongoing renewable energy initiatives, which have been gradually integrated into our operations since 2023.

In this second phase, Cimory installed 1,689 solar panels with a capacity of 620 watt-peak (Wp) per unit on the rooftop of Plant Area 3. The system is capable of generating an average of 68,345 kWh of electricity per month, which is utilized to support the facility’s operational needs. The solar power system adopts an on-grid zero export scheme, whereby the electricity generated by the solar panels is fully utilized for on-site operational consumption, while any shortfall in supply continues to be supported by the main power grid.

Through the operation of this Solar PV, in February 2026, the Company has successfully reduced coal-based electricity consumption by 27.39 tons and lower carbon emissions by approximately 32.52 tons.

The Solar PV project is part of the Company’s broader strategy to expand renewable energy utilization, as well as a continuous effort to reduce dependence on fossil-based energy sources. This initiative also supports the Company’s medium- and long-term targets to achieve emission reduction goals by 2060. As of now, Cimory has reduced our reliance on non-renewable electricity sources by approximately 11%.

In addition to adopting renewable and lower-carbon energy sources, Cimory remains committed to improving energy efficiency through production process optimization, the use of more energy-efficient technologies, and enhanced internal awareness through office-based electricity-saving programs.

As of 2025, Cimory recorded a reduction in energy consumption from non-renewable sources and achieved an energy intensity of 0.06 tons of oil equivalent/hour. In line with our commitment to implementing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles across all operations, Cimory plans to further expand renewable energy utilization across our other production facilities to enhance energy resilience and support more sustainable business practices.
