BOGOR, 17 April 2025 – PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (IDX: CMRY) ("Cimory" or the "Company") has held the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) at Dairyland Riverside, Jl. Raya Puncak KM. 77 No. 435, Cisarua, Bogor.

There are 5 (five) agendas that were discussed in the Annual GMS as follows:

1. Approval and ratification of the Company's Annual Report for the financial year ended as of 31 December 2024, which includes: the Company's Activity Report the Board of Commissioners' Supervisory Report the latest Company's Financial Statement for the financial year ended as of 31 December 2024; and to give full discharge and release of responsibility (acquit et de charge) to the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners for their management and supervision during the stipulated financial year.
2. Approval of the Utilization of Company’s Net Profit for the Financial Year Ended as of December 31, 2024.
3. Report on the realization of the use of proceeds of public offering.
4. Appointment of Registered Public Accountants of the Company for the Financial Year of 2025.
5. Approval on the Salary / Honorarium and Benefits of member of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors of the Company.

The Company’s AGMS approved to distribute Cash Dividend in the amount of Rp1.19 trillion or equal to 78.33% of the Company’s Net Profit for the financial year ending 31 December 2024 amounting at Rp1.52 trillion.

Cash dividends will be distributed to the Company's shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company's Register of Shareholders (recording date) on April 30, 2025, with the Dividend Payment Date May 9, 2025, so that each share will receive a cash dividend of Rp150.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Rupiah) considering the applicable tax regulations.
