Cimory strengthen with a mission for Indonesian women empowerment through Miss cimory Program

Today, at Menara 165 Cimory a milk and yogurt well-known brand in Indonesia, held miss cimory anniversary and award 2018, an appreciation for hard working women that are fully dedicated as Miss Cimory Indonesia. Miss cimory is a program built with principle and social values that highly regarded by Cimory and has become one of Cimory main mission since 2013 and continued to grow and expand up until now. Today’s event the Anniversary and awarding 2018 was attended by 400 selected miss cimory which some of them received as the best cimory of the year.

Miss cimory has 3 main mission which are, firstly providing best nutrition for Indonesia through high quality products from cimory, directly delivered to their homes. Secondly, helping Indonesian women to become empowered women especially for housewife. Thus they will be able to improve their economy and their quality of life. Lastly, Supporting Indonesia government program which mission is to develop empowered, skilful and intelligent society.

Cimory’s commitment to create miss cimory program sustainable and solid was demonstrated with the establishment over 68 cimory center that located all across Java region, Bali and Lampung. Now, there are over 1,200 women have joined Miss cimory program. Cimory Center has huge roles in the development of their members, because in this center Miss cimory will be able to share their experiences. To them, Cimory center has become their second home.

For Anniversary and Awarding 2018 event’s, Cimory has over 100 awards that are dedicated specially for Miss cimory. The awards was divided into 11 awards for miss cimory with over 3 years working experience, 1 award for miss cimory with over 5 years’ experience, 20 awards for miss cimory with over 1 year experience, 52 awards for Ideal miss cimory, 1 award for Miss cimory with the longest lifetime working experience, 1 award for the best cimory and 5 awards for miss cimory staff who has successfully empowered miss cimory.

Looking back at cimory’s journey, Cimory was first founded with a social mission in mind, where the owner highly passionate in helping farmers in Cisarua Bogor in selling their’s cow milk. Based on this awareness, cimory then first introduced milk products such as pasteurized milk and yogurt which the main ingredients milk was purchased from the farmers 10% above the market price. These values and beliefs that made cimory, initiated Miss cimory program. Cimory aspired that this program will support more empower Indonesian women and reach Indonesia even wider.

 

Hendri Viarta, National Direct Selling Manager Miss Cimory, mentioned that Cimory aspired to make Indonesian women more empowered and productive.

“it has been part of cimory mission to contribute to the society. When we started Miss cimory program back in 2013, we believed that being a housewife doesn’t necessarily mean that they can’t earn for their family. We believed that through women empowerment, it was a way to resolve poverty. Therefore, by combining nutritious products that needed by Indonesian family with a women empowerment program, the program become very effective and successful. Since 2015, we have been giving appreciation award to Miss cimory who have proven their commitment not only to Cimory but also to themselves and to their family. By sharing these inspiring achievement, We hoped that more women are aspired to join and eventually appreciate the benefits. 

Choiriyah, The best miss cimory of 2018, felt really proud for the appreciation received in the anniversary and awarding event of 2019 today. Choiriyah joined miss cimory program back in 2017.

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Awalnya sebelum saya bergabung dengan Miss Cimory pada bulan Desember 2017, saya masih coba cari cari penghasilan dari ngojek online sampai mencoba buka warung sembako walaupun masih kecil kecilan. Lalu suatu hari saya mendapatkan tawaran dari teman saya yang sudah bergabung duluan di miss cimory, untuk ikutan program miss cimory juga. Saya sampai tinggalkan usaha warung sembako saya saat itu juga. Pertimbangan saya waktu itu, kalau usaha warung sembako modal nya besar, sedangkan join miss cimory saya tidak usah siapkan modal apa apa, hanya butuh kemauan untuk maju tinggi saja. Tanpa berfikir panjang, saya putuskan untuk join Miss Cimory langsung. Kebetulan sekali sebelum saya menjadi Miss Cimory, saya sudah mengenal dan sangat menyukai produk-produk Cimory. Saya lalu mendapatkan pembinaan dari Cimory selama dua minggu mengenai produk produk Cimory, manfaat nutrisi nya dan juga bagaimana cara berjualan, pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan karena dalam pembinaan saya jadi punya kawan baru Miss Cimory lainnya. Awalnya saya dibilang bisa mendapatkan penghasilan hingga Rp 2 juta perbulan. Setelah saya jalani ternyata saya bisa mendapatkan jauh lebih banyak, bahkan bisa sampai Rp 17 juta perbulan. Saya bahagia sekali bergabung dengan Miss Cimory bukan hanya karena uangnya tapi karena fleksible kerjanya, jadi urusan dirumah juga beres, anak bisa diantar ke sekolah, dan keluarga juga keurus. Saran saya kepada ibu-ibu dirumah, coba yuk bergabung bersama Miss Cimory. Rasanya bangga dan sangat bahagia sekali bisa berbelanja dengan uang hasil dari kerja keras sendiri”.

“in the beginning before I joined miss cimory back to December 2017, I was an online driver while opened a small shop selling daily necessity products. Then one day I was offered through a friend of mine who already joined miss cimory. I closed my shop right away. My consideration was that to be able to open a shop I need big front investment, which at that moment I did not have. While in Miss cimory program, I did not need to prepare any front investment just a willingness and motive for growth. Without hesitation, I decided to join Miss cimory. Fortunately, before I joined Miss cimory I was already one of cimory consumer. I know and like their product very well. I was then given training for 2 weeks to get to know cimory products, understand the nutrition benefits and develop my selling skill.  It was a really exciting experience because during the the training I got to know my miss cimory colleagues. At first, I was told that I could earned up to 2 Mio a moth. After I got into it, I can earn much more than that, I was able to earn 17 Mio a month. I was so glad that I joined miss cimory, not only because the money but also because of the flexibility of the working time. I got to do it all, keep the house clean, drop my kids to school and still have time for the family. So my advice to mothers at home, join miss cimory now. It is inspiring and delighting to be able to shop with your own hard earnt money.

Selain itu, Miss Cimory lainnya Darini yang sudah bergabung sejak tahun 2015 juga merasa sangat terbantu dengan bergabung menjadi Miss Cimory. Dia memiliki banyak sekali pencapaian hidup sejak bergabung program Miss Cimory.

Aside than that, other miss cimory Darini who has become miss cimory since 2015, experienced the benefit after joining the program. She felt that she had made many life time achievements after becoming miss cimory.

 

 

 

“Awalnya saat saya sedang mengantar anak ke sekolah,ada salah satu orang tua anak mengajak saya untuk bergabung menjadi Miss Cimory. Saya sangat tertarik karena bisa akan kesempatan memiliki penghasilan sendiri. Lalu saya mengikuti pembinaan 2 minggu, sebelum akhir saja lulus jadi anggota Miss Cimory. Sempat suatu hari saya hampir menyerah karena dari pagi hingga sore hanya 1-2 orang yang membeli produk dari saya. Tapi berkat dukungan suami dan anak saya yang selalu menyemangati, saya terus termotivasi untuk maju. Ternyata memang rezeki saya menjadi Miss Cimory, jualan saya semakin banyak dan penghasilan saya membludak. Saat ini saya sudah bisa membeli sawah seluas 3.000 meter dan saya juga bisa punya deposito sebanyak Rp 100 juta di Bank, yang lebih membanggakan lagi, saya bisa membantu orang tua saya. Saran saya untuk ibu-ibu yang sedang mencari penghasilan tambahan, bergabunglah menjadi Miss Cimory. Jangan pernah malu untuk berjualan, harus berani dan harus terus berusaha”.

It was started while I was dropping off my kids at school, one of the parents asked me to join miss cimory. I was very interested as I got to earn my own income. I took part in their 2 weeks training , before eventually I graduated as one of Miss cimory member. One day I almost gave up, as only one or two customer that purchased my products. But with my husband and my kids support, I was motivated to get better. After a while, I sold more and earn higher income. Now I owned 3,000 m2 worth of land for farming, I also have 100 Mio Saving in bank. The most satisfying of all is that I was able to help my parents. So my advice to mothers at home who is now looking for a way to make an income, go ahead and join miss cimory now. Be motivated, and keep on trying.
