Jakarta – Early September 2020, Kanzler collaborated with Indonesia’s fastest growing local chain restaurant, "Mangkokku" led by Chef Arnold, Randy Julius Kartadinata, Gibran Rakabuming and Kaesang Pangarep as well. This collaboration initiated by Chef Arnold's positive impression whilst tasting Kanzler products. “I really like the premium quality meat offered by Kanzler. Stepped into the moment, many ideas emerged in creating new menu as well as food innovations, particularly for Mangkokku menus” Said Chef Arnold.

Kanzler X Mangkokku’s Nasi Gila

From that moment, Kanzler and Chef Arnold took the initiative to handcraft a special menu that could be enjoyed by the Indonesian within pandemic era through one and only Mangkokku x Kanzler collaboration. Mangkokku's first collaboration with Kanzler resulting a special menu "Nasi Gila Mangkokku x Kanzler" which made from Kanzler's best-selling products, the Kanzler Garlic Frankfurter.

Unexpectedly, this collaboration menu received an impressive response from existing and potential customer until it stands as one of Top 3 most ordered menus at Mangkokku. The success of this collaboration proves the quality of Kanzler products which is recognized by Chef Arnold and also the public that Kanzler products are delicious and Extra Meaty. In the future, Kanzler will strive the best to maintain its product quality.

Kanzler x Mangkokku Crispy Nugget Series

Appreciating mass enthusiasm of the public, in February 2021 Kanzler extending its second collaboration with Mangkokku utilizing the first chicken nugget with extra crispy bubble crumb in Indonesia, namely "Kanzler Crispy Chicken Nugget". In this occasion Mangkokku x Kanzler, presents two menu variants, namely "Endog Chicken Truffle Mayo and Endog Chicken Curry Sauce" carefully crafted by Chef Arnold

In this collaboration, Kanzler x Mangkokku also repeats the success that has previously been carried out. As said by Daniel Yahya as Head of Project & Product Development at Mangkokku "Our restaurant is indeed committed in continuing new menu innovation after seeing positive feedback we have received from the collaboration with Kanzler, so we are exquisitely satisfied from overall response we get”. This shows that the collaboration between Mangkokku and Kanzler has indeed created a superior menu because it is made from quality and finest products.” Kanzler hopes that people can enjoy various menu creations using Kanzler sausage and nuggets.
